Quick answers
How much does La Diana cost?
$50 per person in a group, or $100 for a private tour — the lowest price of our intermediate waterfall hikes, matching its shorter length. A 50% deposit is required to book (PayPal accepted), with the remaining 50% paid in cash to your guide on the day of the tour.
Why is La Diana only 2 hours when other hikes are 4?
It's simply a shorter trail to a closer waterfall. It's not a shortened version of another hike — it's built to be quick from the start.
Is La Diana worth doing if I only have half a morning?
Yes — it's exactly the tour we recommend when time is tight, whether that's an arrival day, a departure day, or a morning squeezed between other plans.
Can I combine La Diana with another activity the same day?
Yes — its short length leaves plenty of the day free for Pozas Celestes, a Night Walk, or simply time to relax before heading out.
The full waterfall experience, in less time
La Diana exists for one reason: not everyone has four hours to spend on a hike. The trail is genuinely shorter than our other intermediate routes, not a trimmed-down version of one, and it still delivers what people come to Bajos del Toro for — real forest, a real trail, and a real waterfall at the end.
We point people toward La Diana most often on days with limited time: the morning you arrive, the day you're leaving, or when a longer hike simply doesn't fit the schedule. Your guide keeps the same standard of care as our full-length tours — it's just a shorter trail.
